Welcome to eCampus by VMC Innovations ("we," "us,"
"our," "Company"), accessible at
https://ecampus.vmcinnovations.com (the "Platform"). These Terms
& Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
Platform, including all courses, bundles, workshop content, forums, and related
services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
the Platform.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your
jurisdiction, to create an account. Users under this age may use the Platform
only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
## 2. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when
creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at info@vmcinnovations.com of any unauthorized
use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false
information or violate these Terms.
## 3. Courses, Bundles, and Instructors
- The Platform hosts courses and workshop bundles created by VMC Innovations
and, where applicable, third-party instructors ("Instructors").
- Course content, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion, with
reasonable notice where practical.
- Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they
submit. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certifications
recognized by third parties, or employment results from completing any course.
- Becoming an Instructor on the Platform may be subject to additional terms
provided at the time of application.
## 4. Payments
- Course and bundle prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout
(typically INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at
checkout.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store
your full payment card details.
- You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. Failed or
reversed payments may result in suspension of access to purchased
content.
## 5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate [Refund
Policy](https://ecampus.vmcinnovations.com/refund-policy), which forms part of
these Terms.
## 6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, the LMSZai platform
software, and the Platform's design are the property of VMC Innovations, its
Instructors, or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws.
- Purchasing a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to access the content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or
create derivative works from course content without prior written
permission.
- Any user-submitted content (forum posts, reviews, comments) grants us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that
content in connection with operating the Platform.
## 7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account or course access credentials with others.
- Download, record, or distribute course content outside the Platform except
where explicitly permitted.
- Upload harmful, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content to forums,
reviews, or comments.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the
Platform, its servers, or other users' accounts.
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that
violate this section.
## 8. Certificates
Certificates of completion issued by the Platform reflect completion of course
requirements as defined by the Instructor or VMC Innovations. Unless explicitly
stated, certificates are not accredited by external educational bodies.
Certificate verification, where offered, is provided as a courtesy
feature.
## 9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g.,
payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for the content,
policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
## 10. Disclaimers
- The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or
implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
secure at all times.
- We are not responsible for outcomes related to career changes,
certifications, or employment resulting from course completion.
## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMC Innovations shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any
loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the
Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the
Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim.
## 12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with
or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at
any time by contacting info@vmcinnovations.com.
## 13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of
law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
## 14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform
after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material
changes will be communicated via the Platform or email where feasible.
